A compact single phase Industrial vacuum for use in Atex Z22 Locations.
Available with anti-static high access suction poles for the safe and effective removal or combustible dust materials up to 12m high. The brushless motor and high filtration system make this a model suitable for very fine dust.
Keeping on top of safe and hygienic cleaning at height in environments prone to airborne combustible dust is challenging.
The vacuuming process, sucks the dust into the system, preventing it from becoming airborne and creating further risk through the cleaning process.
The A37G is a single-phase explosion proof industrial vacuum that is suitable for use in Zone 22 locations. This high-powered system features a brushless motor, high filtration unit and comes with a range of high access, anti-static poles and accessories for versatile cleaning.

What is Atex Zone 22 classification?
This is an atmosphere where a cloud of combustible dust can occur. Typically experienced in the manufacturing or storage process, flammable dust, powder or gas is dispersed through the air for short periods of time. Once airborne, the hazardous cloud of particles create a potentially explosive environment.
Atex Zone 22 Dust Applications and Industry Use:
Can be used to remove the following dust classes, L, M and H.
This includes all hazardous dust and / or explosive dusts with OEL values ‹ 0.1mg/m3 and/ or explosive dusts, carcinogenic dusts. Also, dust contaminated with germs and bacteria in Atex Zone 22.
Suitable for use in the chemical, wood processing, plastics, metal, pharmaceuticals, paper, and textile industry.
Also for trade based businesses such as roofers, painters, bakers and other Zone 22 environments.
