Dealer Survey Prize Terms and Conditions

1. All entries are open to our existing dealers only. All entrants must be over the age of 18.

2. Survey is open until the 30th April 2024 (GMT).

3. The winner will be randomly selected from all completed survey submissions and will be given an Amazon voucher worth £25.

4. The winner can only win one “prize” in the competition. The prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

5. Winner selection and notification: The winner will be selected by Spinaclean. In addition to this, the winner will be notified by a member of Spinaclean's team, within 7 days of the survey closing, via Email or Telephone. Proof of identity may be required for the prize to be sent.

6. Eligibility: the competition is open to existing Spinaclean dealers and resellers who are aged 18 or over, excluding Spinaclean’s employees, agencies, any associated companies, their immediate family members or households (whether related or not), and anyone else professionally involved with this survey.

7. Once the winner has been notified, the prize will be sent electronically.

8. Data protection: all survey submissions and participants’ details will be kept confidential at all times in accordance with Spinaclean's Data Privacy Policy.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Competition and these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control or if it considers necessary to do so in Spinaclean's absolute discretion.

10. In the event of any dispute, Spinaclean's decision is final. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
